10. Referral & File Data

Referral data: When you use or share a referral code, we store the referral relationship between accounts to credit rewards appropriately. This includes which account referred you and when.

Uploaded files: Proof of work, payment screenshots, and creative assets uploaded to the Platform are stored securely on Amazon S3 (Asia Pacific — Mumbai region) with private access controls. Files are accessible only via time-limited signed URLs generated by our Platform.

Audit logs: We maintain logs of key platform actions (logins, deal approvals, payments) for security and dispute resolution purposes. These logs are retained for 12 months.
